Is it safe to order online?
Of course. Enzo and Toto use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online please contact us to arrange payment.
Are my personal details safe with Enzo and Toto?
Enzo and Toto practice safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and do not share any of our customers' information with any other parties.
How can I place an order?
Online using your credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Deliveries within Australia
Enzo and Toto delivers Australia wide and Internationally.
Deliveries within Australia
Free delivery for all orders to Australia over $350
$20 for all other AU orders
We use Express Post via Australia Post.
International Deliveries
Enzo and Toto uses Registered Post International and charges a flat rate of AUD$50
Our International postal charge does not include possible taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are prohibited by Law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Every attempt will be made to have your order delivered the next day, otherwise delivery time may take up to 2-5 business days depending on your location.If there is any delay for delivering the product to you (eg temporarily out of stock) we will inform you by e-mail and keep you updated until the parcel has been dispatched.

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard payments. Credit card purchases will be processed and authorized by our approved payment gateway eWay. We do not see or store or see the credit card details.We also accept orders via email and over the phone.Sorry, at this time we are unable to accept payment via cheque, bank transfer or any method other than those listed above.

We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), theindustry standard encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information.
SSL encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser. You can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online please feel free to contact us and we can arrange the order over the phone.
We practice safe e–commerce and do not store credit card details. For your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company to ensure your credit card is not being used fraudulently.

Returns & Exchanges
We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully.
Considering that none of our products are mass produced and each item is carefully curated and only available in very small quantities, we won't provide a refund if you change your mind or have chosen the wrong size, fit or colour.
We happily offer you an exchange or a credit note for future use in store or online.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if any item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the description
Alternatively, you can keep the item and we can compensate you for any drop in value
Please notify us via email infor@enzoandtoto.com whitinh 7 days of reception of any fault or need to exchange.
Our Team is highly trained and is working with you to find the best solution.
Items being sent back must be in original condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and all swing tags must remain in place.
